Sauna FAQ

1. How long do the saunas take to heat up?

Saunas usually take 30-40 minuts to heat up to typical operating temperature. The conventional heaters seem to have the edge in speed here, while the dual heated saunas are the undisputed leader in getting to even a higher heat, faster.
2. I forgot to turn my sauna off when I left for work, will it burn my house down?

Both the Infrared and conventional saunas are controlled by timers, they will both turn off after 60 minutes. Worst case, your house smells like cedar when you get home.
3. Am I able to install this unit myself?

All of the units, outside of the custom kits, are factory assembled and tested to ensure accuracy and functionality. They are then disassembled, packed into a large crate and shipped out. They are as easy to assemble as Ikea furniture, we just recommend to have an electrician properly wire the larger units the need more than just a standard plug in.
4. I'm not sure that I can wait the 10-14 weeks for a unit to be built and shipped, do you have any units in stock?

We have some units in the showroom that we sell as discounted floor models. We can disassemble these units, ship and install these units if you need. We will just have to wait for a replacement unit to show up for our showroom.
